The Taliban in Helmand have arrested and imprisoned Ruhullah Atzgzai, the former district governor of Sangin during the republican government.
Friends of Ruhullah Atzgzai told Chiragh Television that he has been detained by the Taliban for a week and they have kept it hidden from them.
So far, the Taliban have not clarified the reason for his arrest.
