On Saturday, Pakistan’s police reported to the media that they engaged in a clash with Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in the Kohat region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. During the confrontation, three TTP members were killed and several others injured.
Police also confirmed that one Pakistani officer was killed and two others wounded in the exchange.
So far, the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan group has not issued any statement regarding the incident.
