Yesterday, 1,285 Afghan refugee families returned to Afghanistan from Pakistan and Iran

According to a statement issued Sunday by the Taliban’s Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation, a total of 1,285 Afghan refugee families, comprising 7,500 individuals, returned to Afghanistan on Saturday from Pakistan and Iran.
The statement noted that these refugees entered Afghanistan through various border crossings, including Spin Boldak, Torkham, Bahramcha, Angoor Adda, Silk Bridge, and Islam Qala.
The Taliban stated that they have also provided assistance to these returning families.
It’s important to mention that Iran and Pakistan forcibly deport thousands of Afghan refugees daily, sending them back to Afghanistan against their will.
