Local residents in Kandahar told a Cheragh TV reporter that on Monday, a cotton-loaded truck overturned in the Bagh Pul area of the province, resulting in the deaths of two individuals.
According to the source, the truck overturned onto a rickshaw, killing both the rickshaw driver and the passenger inside.
