Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova says the Taliban will not hand over Bagram Airbase to the United States.
Zakharova stated that after a failed 20-year war, the U.S. withdrew from Afghanistan and is now trying to re-establish its military presence in the country.
