Local residents from Khwaja Bahauddin district in Takhar told Chiragh Television that the Taliban shot and killed a talisman-maker named Mullah Rasool in the district.
According to the locals, the Taliban had gone to the home of the talisman-maker, where a verbal dispute broke out between them and Mullah Rasool, leading to his shooting and death.
They stated that after killing the talisman-maker, the Taliban fled the area.
It is worth noting that the Taliban have not yet commented on this incident.
