Local sources from Herat province told Chiragh Television on Monday that on Sunday, armed robbers shot and killed a young man named Farid Ahmad Faizi and stole his money.
According to the source, Farid Ahmad Faizi worked with a gas company in Herat and was attempting to transfer company funds to a money exchange office when he was attacked and killed by armed robbers along the way, who then took the money.
It should be noted that armed robberies have increased in Afghanistan recently. The public is calling on the Taliban to take control of the situation, but the Taliban have so far failed to do so
