On Tuesday, the Meteorology Department of the Taliban’s Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation forecasted rainfall and potential flooding in ten provinces of Afghanistan.
According to the department, the provinces expected to be affected include Nuristan, Kunar, Nangarhar, Laghman, Kapisa, Parwan, Logar, Khost, Paktia, and Paktika.
The forecast indicates that rainfall levels in these areas may range between 10 and 35 millimeters.
