Pakistan has initiated the second round of the third phase of the Allama Muhammad Iqbal Scholarships for Afghan students.
On Wednesday, Pakistanās Special Representative for Afghanistan, Mohammad Sadiq Khan, announced on his X (formerly Twitter) account that Afghan students can now register for scholarships in their respective fields of study.
According to him, these scholarships are available for undergraduate, masterās, and doctoral programs, with no restrictions for female applicants.
The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan stated that the scholarships cover a wide range of disciplines and will benefit 4,500 Afghan students based on their chosen field and specialization.
Itās worth noting that the Pakistani government also offered similar scholarships last year for Afghan students pursuing bachelorās, masterās, and PhD degrees.
