According to a statement released on Saturday by the Taliban’s police command in Samangan, a “Foreigner”-type vehicle veered off the road and overturned last night in the Dara-e-Suf Payin district of the province.
The statement said that three people were killed in the accident, and two others were injured and taken to the hospital for treatment.
It further noted that the accident was caused by the driver’s recklessness and high speed, which led to the vehicle going off the road and resulting in the casualties
