Pakistan’s police department reports that on Monday, unknown armed individuals abducted three workers of the World Health Organization (WHO) in the Tank district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
According to police, the WHO workers had gone to the village of Mullazai in Tank district to monitor a polio vaccination campaign when they were kidnapped and taken to an undisclosed location.
Police say efforts have been launched to locate the abducted individuals, but so far, no information has been found regarding their whereabouts.
It is also worth noting that just a day earlier, armed men in Karachi abducted a police officer along with his weapon from among his colleagues
