Local residents from Kapisa told Cheragh Television on Tuesday that around 8:10 PM on Monday evening, a drone flew over Kapisa city and its surrounding districts until late at night.
Eyewitnesses say the drone was flying at a very low altitude in the province.
It is still unclear which country the drone belonged to, and the Taliban have not made any official statement about it
