A resident of Kabul has complained to the media via a message that when he applied for an electronic ID card at the Makar-e-yan Easy Service Department, they wrote “Hindu” instead of “Muslim” on his card.
The affected person says that now they are demanding 1,700 Afghanis from him to correct the word “Hindu” on the electronic ID.
He states that the mistake was theirs and that the responsible officials for issuing these ID cards should bear the cost.
He has called for justice regarding this matter.
