Local sources from Khost province told Cheragh Television on Friday that Taliban authorities in the Dosarki market of Ismailkhel and Mandozai districts have warned shopkeepers to display the Taliban’s white flags above their shops or face punishment.
According to the sources, similar orders have been issued in other districts of Khost province.
It is worth noting that since regaining power, the Taliban have designated the 24th of Asad (Afghan calendar) as their Victory and Independence Day, which they commemorate annually.
